Refund policy

There are no returns or refunds after 30 days from purchase date due to the custom hand-built nature of the products sold. EpicSaw products are handmade requiring labor-intensive production, unique/specialized variable cost materials, with production spanning a long timeframe.  Cost of goods being offered incur a cost at the very beginning of the order and production process. Production deadlines or failure to meet delivery schedules, item(s) ordered incorrectly due to customer error, or if the item(s) are no longer needed by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item price, at the seller's discretion. All transaction and/or Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable.
